Model SEW2401 is a 208-240V electric wall oven with convection designed for built-in installation in 23" H x 22.25" W x 24" D cutouts. It utilizes lower amp operation (11.9 to 13.7 amps), allowing use with a 20-amp circuit. Professional installation is required. When installed at the proper height, this unit complies with ADA accessibility guidelines. Brushed stainless steel look trim, a triple-paned glass window, and a professional handle create a modern look, while analog controls offer simple and intuitive operation.
Inside, the SEW2401 includes an oven light for easier monitoring of your cooking. To better accommodate dishes of different sizes, this unit features two gliding wire racks with brakes that can be placed at five rack positions. We also include a full-width baking pan. The flat bottom and 2.86 cu.ft. interior can hold larger cookware and support full-sized meals (such as turkeys) to maximize cooking capacity. This unit has a removable oven door for easier cleaning and maintenance.
The SEW2401 offers a range of heating functions to cover virtually all of your cooking needs. The analog controls are easy to use, with specialty settings for baking, broiling, convection baking, convection broiling, convection roasting, and defrosting (fan only). The dial timer function allows you to set a cooking time for up to 120 minutes.
