- Match an identical, unopened, immediately available (in-stock) item in new condition at one of the following qualified local retailers. Product must be an exact UPC, part number, brand, model number, color, and include shipping from the stores listed in the yellow box.
- Provide relevant proof of the price you want to match - an original and dated copy of the entire printed ad, or URL to the retailer's primary website. The digital ad and URL must be accessible from any device and must be current and available to the public. If the retailer is qualified and approved, Hartville Hardware will match the price on the spot.

Online:
If one of the websites listed has a current lower price on an identical item, we will match the price. Only items that are currently available to ship to the customer's home from our website and the other retailer's website are eligible for the price match. Items must be for sale and shipped directly from the retailer listed. We will not price match for products offered on third-party marketplace sites, auction sites or closeout/discount sites. We will match Amazon.com prices, but only on items sold by Amazon.com, not from a third-party seller on Amazon. The competitor's price must include shipping or delivery & handling costs.
Online price matching is only available for orders that ship within the 48 contiguous states. We are not able to price match for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, to any location outside of the contiguous US, or to an FPO, APO or MPO address.
