All STIHL products are warranted for 3 months when the product is used for rental purposes.
All STIHL axes, hedge shears, loppers, pruners, and pruning saws are warranted against defective material or workmanship until the product is no longer available while owned by the original purchaser (other than for the purpose of resale) when used for all applications.
STIHL products sold through U.S. dealers are only for distribution in the United States.
DOUBLE THE LIFE OF YOUR LIMITED WARRANTY
Double limited warranty protection applies to select STIHL battery-powered products, batteries, and chargers purchased for personal, non-income producing household purposes only. At the time you purchase your battery-powered equipment, simply add at least one additional AK, AP, or AR battery to double the life of your standard limited warranty coverage.
