Solid 8mm x 750mm (29-1/2") Beech hardwood tenons can be cut to length to match different indoor applications such as furniture, cabinetmaking, casing and frame work. The flat, elongated design is 100 percent rotation proof. The shape ensures perfect alignment for both edge and face gluing, and it is far stronger than biscuits or dowels.
The trademark Domino pattern is pressed into each tenon for ideal glue dispersion in the mortise. Tenons should be cut 2-3mm shorter than the mortise depth to create a glue pocket. Suitable for both plywood and solid wood applications, the dense beech tenon will not expand or telegraph through material, leaving you with clean, flat, and consistent surfaces.
