Wooden hinges can be an intriguing and beautiful alternative to traditional metal hinges. Used along with your INCRA Jig, the Hingecrafter can produce wooden hinges in 4 different hinge diameters (3/8", 1/2", 5/8" & 3/4" ) in an almost infinite lengths and sizes. Hinge length can be up to twice the usable length of the drill bit you use to bore the hinge pin holes.

The unit comes standard with a #30 (.1285) x 6" drill bit that will do hinges well over 10" long. See our Router Bit section for the Whiteside Router Bit Set (R600) designed specifically to do the necessary hinge shaping. USA
