Magswitch Universal Base. The centerpiece of the Magswitch Work Holding System. Simply add the desired tool attachments, place the base on any steel or cast-iron tabletop, and you are ready to go! Low profile design enables use on small surfaces including fences and small table tops. Simply add the desired tool attachment, place anywhere on any steel or cast-iron tabletop, and you are ready to go.
Requires (2) MagJigs to secure the Universal Base to a steel or cast iron surface. Accepts both MagJig 150 (150 lbs of hold force) and MagJig 95 (95 lbs of hold force). A Universal base comes in the Woodworking Starter Kit, but you may wish to get more and permanently attach one for all your work holding system attachments. Additional tool attachments for the Universal Mounting Base sold separately.
