Sorby PEKJIGS Small ProEdge Knife Sharpening Jig Set. A simple and fast means of sharpening knives to a razor edge on your Robert Sorby ProEdge System. For sharpening pocket knives, carving knives, and other blades up to 8" long.

The Knife Holders clamp blades securely across the Holder's full length. The adjustable collar on the Holder arm will allow different bevel settings to match the knife type - from a steep angle for carving knives to a shallow angle for a fish filleting knife. England

Set Includes: A Small Knife Holder; Back Plate; Wear Plate. Universal Arm; and Instructions. Holders are also available separately so you can upgrade your existing set to to handle the opposite size just by adding the appropriate holder.
