The Lutron Aurora Always-Ready Smart Bulb Dimmer locks toggle switches in the “on/up” position and is easy to install. Paired with compatible with Zigbee® smart bulbs (sold separately), this dimmer offers lighting control from the wall, an app or your voice. It features a clean look and hidden LED back lights that illuminate during successful communication or when the battery is low. The dimmer requires no wiring and comes with an included 3-year life CR2032 battery. The dimmer allows for control of up to 12 connected bulbs with a remote control in a standalone system (i.e. without a system bridge). It is also multi-location capable without a bridge, meaning that up to 6 Aurora dimmers can control a set of lights in a standalone application. The Aurora Dimmer is also certified by Phillips® Hue® bridge for Hue® bridge systems. This offers direct dimming control of Philips® Hue® lamps without the need for a hub, bridge, or smartphone.
