INCRA Miter 5000 Mitering & Crosscut Sled. Blending the incremental angle control features of the Miter 3000SE Miter Gauge with a special 3-panel Sled, the INCRA Miter 5000 Mitering Sled gives you exceptional accuracy, capacity, and control when making cross and miter cuts on your table saw. Simple miter gauges don't offer control or accuracy when pulled beyond the front of the saw. Sleds have better control because the lumber isn't sliding on the saw's top, plus they can handle much larger stock.
The 5000 provides a panel cross cutting capacity of 20 to 25 inches on most full size 10" table saws, and the telescoping INCRALOCK Fence with Flip Shop Stop has huge 36 to 64 inch range to accommodate long boards. Aluminum T-tracks embedded in the MDF platform along with INCRA's heavy duty Hold Down Clamp assure you can control small parts too. The sled can be set up on either the left side or right side of the blade (making it compatible with both right and left-tilt saws), and a renewable Drop Panel provides zero clearance tearout control on both sides of the blade.
Other Features:AngleLOCK Indexing - Precision angle indexing teeth are laser cut in solid steel to lock in 364 positive angle stops in 1/2°, 1° or 5° increments over a full 180° range. it's also continuously adjustable between 1/2° steps.
Special Edition Telescoping INCRA-LOCK Fence - The fence not only telescopes from 36" to a full 64" length, it also includes the Dual Flip Shop Stop and INCRA's patented Automatic Positioning Control. Additionally, the miter gauge head is equipped with INCRA's SquarePERFECT™ Universal Fence Mounting Bracket for greatly improved cutting precision.
Fence Locking Bracket - Creates a monolithic rigid platform and fence when tightened down. Quickly set using the included standard hex tool, this feature takes an already strong platform into the rigidity level expected in any professional machining environment.
GlideLOCK Miter Bar - Has 10 expansion disks adjust both sides of the bar for ZERO side play, anti-friction travel on all table saws with standard 3/4" wide x 3/8" miter gauge channels, including Delta, Craftsman, imports, etc. This means that all of INCRA's incredible precision will actually show up in your work because the bar can't wiggle around in the miter slot.
