This Brass Polybutylene 90-deg. Push-to-Connect Conversion Brass Elbow from SharkBite offers quick and easy installation without the need for special tools, crimping, glue, or soldering. It also offers easy installation in tight spaces and can be installed in wet lines. This elbow is rated for 200 PSI and 200-deg. F. It features color-coordinated collars to help identify which side goes with which pipe – the gray collar end is compatible with polybutylene pipe and the tan collar end is compatible with PEX, copper, CPVS, PE-RT and HDPE pipe. It is approved for underground and behind-the-wall applications with no access panels, however, wrapping is required when burying underground. This elbow should be removed using a Disconnect Clip or Disconnect Tongs (each sold separately).
