Product Description
Oatey Air Admittance Valve with ABS Schedule 40 adapter is used as a secondary vent and can vent up to 160 DFU Branch or 24 DFU Stack. With its one-way valve design, when negative pressure develops in the piping, air is allowed into the plumbing drainage system so there is no need to tie into a sack vent. With special technology, the valve only opens at -0.01 psi and seals at 0 psi and above. One size fits up to a three-inch vent pipe. A protective sleeve allows easy installation and keeps the valve free of debris, while a screening on the air inlets guards the seal.
