This sash balancer is essential for maintaining the position of the window sash and ensuring smooth functionality. It is compatible with units such as 2852, 2856 Even, 3048, 3442, 3446, and 38310 with non-tempered glass, and 2052, 2056 Even, 2446, 28310, 2842, 3432, and 38210 with tempered glass. The size 1033 balancer replaces 1027 and 1031 models. It is located above the upper sash in the head jamb and is used on both the left and right sides of the window. For best results, it is recommended to replace both balancers and the window side jamb liners during installation.
