These fine 120 grit sanding belts from Norton are best for stripping, surface, leveling, and heavy stock removal. The self-sharpening Norzon (alumina zirconia) abrasives on Norton's 3X belts will have you sailing through twice as many sanding projects as ordinary belts.....in half the time. The abrasive is resin bonded to a heavy cloth backing for durability and rapid material removal, and is open coated for reduced loading. Belts are bi-directionally spliced so they can be used in either direction to extend their sanding life.
