    Durock Cement Board User Guide

    • 10 years warranty beginning on the date of installation of either Durock cement board product on the building.
    • This does not cover defects from the use of other manufacturers’ products unless these products are specifically recommended or approved in writing by the United States Gypsum Company for use with either cement board product.
    • United States Gypsum Company will not be responsible for water damage, including insect, fungus and mold infestation caused by leaky windows and doors, or by failure to properly apply seal, flash and weep windows, doors, other wall penetrations and ends.
