This updated version of the Hold Fast Vacuum Generator is used specifically for woodworking applications, particularly the Lathe Vacuum Chucking and Wood Stabilization Vacuum Systems. It utilizes a pair of unique high efficiency venturi elements to generate the required vacuum, and can be driven by any standard air compressor that provides at least 2.5 cfm at 70 psi. Comes with a built in pressure regulator, and an all-in-one Control Valve that can be used to adjust vacuum everywhere from full off to full on. The generator can develop up to 27" Hg at 85-95 PSI*.
The unit is low maintenance because there are no moving parts. The streamlined extruded aluminum case is more compact the original, and it minimizes air noise. Unit sits securely on a nearby work table or shelf with the assistance of 4 rubber feet on the base. Includes 3 ft. of 3/8" ID x 1/2" OD urethane vacuum hose. USA
