    The FLEX 4-1/2" Sightmax™ 80 Grit Flap Disc enhances the working experience with its innovative segmented design, providing a clear line of sight to the work surface for reduced over-abrasion and maximum efficiency. This design, combined with a special coating, minimizes heat buildup on the disc, increasing performance and longevity. SIGHTMAX™ flap discs feature high-quality zirconium abrasive grains for quick stock removal and are iron- and sulfur-free, reducing oxidizable particles and preventing rust formation. The coating also slows moisture exposure, extending disc life. Additionally, the conical 10-degree flap arrangement improves ergonomics and tool handling during grinding.
