    Microjig ZeroPlay 2 Step Plunge Router Bit, 1/2 in. Shank. Designed for use with ZEROPLAY, MATCHFIT Dovetail Hardware, and various other Microjig hardware, this innovative bit eliminates guesswork, guaranteeing a perfect fit for your projects. Ideal for crafting counterbored holes and slots in general jig making, it streamlines drilling and counterboring with pre-determined counterbore depths and screw choices in materials of various stock thicknesses (1/2", 3/4", and 1").

    The bit can be used in drill presses for counterbored holes or router tables for seamless stepped slots. With the included foolproof instructions, you will be able to easily determine counterbore depth and screw choice.

    Featuring Microjig's patented radius flair at the top of both holes, the ZEROPLAY 2-Step Router Bit delivers smooth, attractive holes and slots that are both functional and visually appealing. For adjustable jigs and fixtures, longer counterbored slots help adjust for a customized fit. Short slots can be used to allow for natural expansion and contraction of tabletops.

    The 2 Step Bit has a 1/4"(6.35mm) through hole, and a 1/2"(12.7mm) deep counter bore. Includes one ZEROPLAY 2-Step Plunge Bit (1/2" shank) and Instructions.
