    Mrs. Anderson's Baking Cake Tester tests baked goods for doneness and assists with food decorating tasks. Made from stainless steel wire with BPA-free plastic, it measures 8 inches long. The extra-long design probes deeper into taller cakes for more accurate testing than using toothpicks and won't leave large holes in cakes like knives or forks. It also removes bubbles from icing and dough, smooths glazes and frostings, fills in color details, and checks vegetables, meat, and fish for tenderness. Simply insert the metal stem into the cake's center; if it comes out clean, the cake is fully cooked. Dishwasher safe for easy cleanup.
