Gozney Turning Peel can be used to reposition your food in a variety of different oven sizes. Featuring a slim line and circular stainless steel surface, this peel fits easily under a partially cooked dough base to give the user maximum control over the food in the oven. The weighted handle can be grasped with both hands for a secure grip as well. Great to use to place foods in the oven, slide and turn foods in the oven, and when you are ready to take foods out. This helps reduce the risk of burn or damage from high temperatures on cookware and utensils. The head measures 6.7 in. dia. and the handle measures 34.6 in.
