Its base delivers even cooking every time and comes with blackened seasoning so you're already halfway there for a flavorful meal. This griddle holds 400 degrees with the lid open, reaching that temperature within 5-8 minutes, making preheating as quick as ever. Great to use for any meal of the day, whether that be for making main courses or sides. As an added bonus, this griddle can also work with the pizza hack. Measures 17.25 in. W. and 16.5 in. deep and weighs 22 lbs.
