The Makita 18V LXT® Cordless Grass Shear with Hedge Trimmer Blade Kit is a compact and cordless solution for grass trimming and cutting. This tool is designed to make changing from grass shear to hedge trimmer quick and easy. Compared to the previous model, this 18V battery powered cutter has dual blade action and a wide 6-5/16” cutting width. Plus, it has a Makita-built motor that delivers faster blade speed (2,500 strokes per minute/SPM). When paired with a fast-charging 18V LXT® 5.0Ah battery (sold separately), this tool delivers up to (200) minutes of runtime on a single charge! A part of Makita’s expanding 18V Lithium-Ion System, this cordless tool is compatible with all Makita 18V lithium-ion slide-style batteries.
