Makita 18V LXT® Cordless 6?5/16" Grass Shear is a compact grass cutting and trimming tool. Paired with a 18V LXT® 5.0 Ah battery (battery not included) the tool delivers up to 3 hours of run time. The cordless shears also feature a Makita-built motor that delivers 2,500 SPM for ultimate cutting performance. It has a 6-5/16-inch non-electrolyzed nickel plated blade which offers dual action cutting while resisting stains and rust. The tool also has 3-stages for cutting height adjustment: 9/16”, 3/4”, 1”. For added convenience, the trimming tool provides a tool-less shear blade change and ergonomically designed rubber soft grips to lessen vibration and enhance operator comfort. The tool also features Makita’s Star Protection Computer Controls™ which protects the tool form overloading, over-discharging and over-heating. This Cordless Grass Shear should only be paired with genuine Makita batteries and chargers (both sold separately).
