Titebond 100% Silicone Sealant is a non-staining formula designed for interior and exterior applications. It is ideal for general construction, remodeling and other repair projects. It seals materials such as vinyl, aluminum, glass, marble, granite, painted surfaces and most other building materials. This sealant provides a strong and permanent seal that is flexible and won’t shrink or discolor over time. This silicone sealant is weather-resistant and resists mildew and fading. It is also designed not to crack or become brittle with age.
Application: Apply to clean surfaces free of any materials that may prevent adhesion. Remove nozzle, cut tip of the nub and puncture the inner foil seal. Screw the nozzle back onto the cartridge and cut tip on a slant for 1/4" to 3/8" bead. Place the cartridge into the gun. Force the sealant into the clean joint and smooth the bead immediately if necessary. Do not apply if rain is expected within 12 hours.
Cleanup: Clean up any uncured material with mineral spirits or an equivalent solvent. After it cures, any excess sealant can be cut or scraped away.
