    Urea is used to super-charge lawns with the highest-nitrogen formulation available. This fertilizer greens up a lawn quickly and intensely but must be used carefully. You need to measure your amounts precisely and make sure the application is even; apply too much and the Urea might burn the grass. Apply on a cool day out of direct sunlight and water it in immediately. It's better to do this later in the afternoon, to eliminate any risk that the heat of the sun could cause the fertilizer to damage the grass.
