The Makita 18V LXT® Cordless Blower Kit comes complete with a 4.0 Ah battery and 18V LXT® charger. The battery-powered blower features a BL™ Brushless motor that can deliver air volume up to 459 CFM and air speeds up to 116 MPH. The convenient cruise control lever features a variable speed trigger so that users can match speed to application and manage the tool’s battery life. It also features a speed lock for continuous operation. At only 6.5-lbs. with the battery, this compact blower is convenient to carry while the rubberized soft grips enhance holding comfort. It is also easy to store when using the hanging hole on the housing bottom and the in-line fan offers improved balance and ergonomics. Another convenience of the tool is that it features a sound pressure rating of only 60 dB(A) (measured per ANSI B 175.2 standard). It also features Makita’s Extreme Protection Technology (XPT) which is a protective seal inside the tool that channels water and dust away from internal components. Makita’s Star Protection Computer Controls™ also protects the system from overloading, over-discharging and over-heating.
