The Makita 40V max XGT® Brushless Cordless 1/2” Hammer Driver-Drill (GPH01Z) and 4-Speed Impact Driver (GDT01Z) deliver the most demanding drilling and driving applications in wood, masonry and metal.
The GPH01Z 1/2” Hammer Driver-Drill is powered by a Makita-built brushless motor that delivers 1,250 in-lbs. of max. torque and offers two speed settings (0-650 and 0-2,600 RPM and 0-9,750 and 0-39,000 BPM). The ultra-smooth variable speed trigger provides optimum control while the electronic digital clutch accurately targets the desired torque range. Equipped with Active Feedback-sensing Technology (AFT®), the motor automatically turns off if the rotation of the accessory is suddenly forced to stop.
The GDT01Z 4-Speed Impact Driver is also powered by a Makita-built brushless motor and delivers 1,950 in-lbs. of max. torque and has 4 speed settings (0-1,100/ 0-2,100/ 0-3,200/ 0-3,700 RPM & 0-1,100/ 0-2,600/ 0-3,600/ 0-4,400 IPM). The ultra-smooth variable speed trigger provides optimum control, and a one-touch 4-speed power selector button under the chuck allows users to adjust speed easily.
The hammer driver-drill and impact driver are both equipped with Makita’s Extreme Protection Technology (XPT™) which provides increased dust and water resistance in harsh jobsite conditions. The reinforced gear housing provides additional durability on the job site, too!
