The Laguna JX/6 QuadTec: I Jointer features an all-new 2021 design with loads of enhanced features for making jointing work safer and more enjoyable. The QuadTec I produces amazing surface finishes on all woods including difficult types. The QuadTec I uses 4-sided carbide insert knives that are quieter and much more durable compared to straight HSS knives. In addition, the 4-sided knives can be rotated for a new cutting edge without the need for a knife setting jig. For added safety, this machine is designed with a knee-stop. This important safety feature allows the machine operator to stop the machine quickly at any position along the front of the machine while keeping hands on the work piece.
