The 15-Amp saw delivers speed up to 3,650 RPM for rip-cuts and cross-cuts in fine or rough materials. The tool’s large cast aluminum top provides more work space and material support while offering a 30-inch ripping capacity. It also features soft-start and constant response circuitry. The Soft-start circuitry manages the intensity of the motor start-up and minimizes the potential of tripping a circuit breaker while the Constant Response circuitry maintains the speed under load. The table also incorporates SquareLock rip fences which are designed to enhance clamping and trueness. For safety, Bosch’s Smart Guard System includes a riving knife and anti-kickback pawls that provide protection to the operator. In addition, the guard assembly acts as a barrier preventing contact with the blade while allowing an unobstructed view of the cut. Restart protection is also included to avoid accidental startups.
