This 1:16 scale Manitou MRT 2150 Privelege Telescopic Fork-Lift Truck by Bruder is a construction machine for universal material moving on construction sites. Just like the original, the Bruder model has all sorts of functions. The telescopic arm can be extended and the angle of the forks can be adjusted as desired according to the angle of the arm. The forks can also be replaced with a bucket (included), or other accessories available from Bruder to give more functions.
The truck can, of course, be rotated a full 360°, enabling distribution of materials to all sides. As with the original, stability is ensured by four telescopic supports. The four-wheel steering (small turning radius) is a special feature.
The handwheel of the steering control was placed on the rotating structure behind the openable driver's cab so it can easily be reached during play. Steering functions are transmitted using gears via the slewing ring of the rotating structure to the steering linkage in the chassis - an innovative solution that increases the fun and makes it a joy for kids to use.
