The deeply swept small radius hook is great for carving all different kinds of hard to reach hollow areas in deep ladles, soup spoons, bowls, etc. The razor-sharp re-curved spear point tip gives this hook an unmatched versatility for detail carving from all angles, plus the double-edged ambidextrous design means you're good to go whether right or left handed.
The blade is made of high carbon steel to provide a very hard edge with superior edge retention. For added strength the tang extends completely through the beautiful conditioned Cherry hardwood handle, while a brass ferrule helps secure the top. Knife has a blade length of 2.25 inches, with a radius of 0.5 to 1.25 inches, an overall length of approximately 6.8 inches. Comes razor sharp and ready for use. USA
