Crown 270RESW Rolled Edge Skew, 1/2 in. The Crown 1/2" Rolled Edge Skew is used for producing beads, tapers, v-grooves, straight cuts, and parting cuts. This skew combines the traditional flat bar shape with added advantage of gently rounded edges. This hybrid design improves control and reduces catching and dig-ins when moved along the tool rest. The 1/2" (13mm) wide blade is made from M2 High Speed Steel (HSS) and hardened to Rockwell 62-64. Tool is approximately 15" long overall with an 8-1/2" long stained Beech handle. Sheffield, England
