Milwaukee 3-1/2" Max HP Fixed-Base Production Router comes with a 15 amp motor with a variable speed of 10,000-22,000 rpm. A 36-position speed dial allows you to match the tool rpm to the bit diameter. It comes with an electronic soft-start to control start-ups and decrease motor wear. The linear height adjustment system with above-the-table access allows quick and accurate adjustments within 1/8" and micro-fine adjustments within 1/64". The motor is designed to not spin when the height is changed so that the motor controls and power cord stay in a constant position. Access the revolutionary system with the included T-wrench or a 3/8" hex socket wrench with an extension. This router can convert an existing table or production jig set-up using a standard bolt-hole pattern and router base diameter with removable handles for insert plate clearance. A motor contamination shield keeps out debris while maintaining airflow, while a rubber shield allows dust-free access to the height adjustment system. The handles are set wide apart and angled forward for comfortable use. The 22-amp switch and speed control dial are positioned for easy access and full motor control while keeping both hands on the tool. This router comes with an aluminum motor housing and base, a 1/2" self-releasing collet, 100% sealed ball bearings, and an 8' power cord with flexible strain relief.
