Sorby PEKHS Small ProEdge Knife Holder Only. Upgrades your Robert Sorby ProEdge Large Knife Jig Set to accommodate small blades. Small Holder works with pocket knives, carving knives, and other blades up to 8" long. The Knife Holders clamp blades securely across the Holder's full length. The adjustable collar on the Holder arm will allow different bevel settings to match the knife type - from a steep angle for carving knives to a shallow angle for a fish filleting knife. England.
