Made with carbon steel and a premium quick-release non-stick coating, this pan releases food quickly so you do not have to worry about baked on messes or using tools to get your baked treat out. The interlocking side band hugs the base so it won't leak during the baking process. The sides will spring open to release the base with a simple flick of the latch.
