Presto Dehydro White Digital Electric Food Dehydrator is a convenient tool to have around your kitchen, allowing you to dehydrate a variety of different foods such as vegetables, fruits, herbs, spices, jerky, and fruit rolls. Its six-tray system dehydrates food and includes two nonstick screens for drying small foods and sticky fruits. This dehydrator comes with special sheets for making fruit rolls and strips from fresh, frozen, or canned fruits. It dries fruits and veggies out with no additives or preservatives, maintaining natural vitamins and minerals. The digital thermostat and timer allow for the selection of precise drying times and temperatures. You can choose from any drying temperature from 90° to 165° Fahrenheit and any drying time up to 48 hours. To prevent over-drying, this kitchen appliance shuts off automatically. The six drying trays used to dehydrate foods expand up to 12 trays for added drying capacity. No tray rotation or mixed flavors are needed, the bottom-mounted fan and heating element provide consistent airflow for optimum drying. The see-through cover lets you monitor the drying progress on the top tray so you know when your foods are ready.
