Whiteside Edge Banding Router Bit Set, 1/2 in. SH is designed to give plywood a flawless "solid wood look" by creating perfectly matching solid wood edges. This bearing guided edge banding router bit set includes one bit for routing the necessary v-shape on solid wood banding stock and another for cutting the matching V-groove on the plywood edge. The v-shaped design ensures the banding seats firmly, offers ample gluing surface, and prevents shifting during glue-up. Simply glue in your banding, trim the overhang, and your project is complete. Ideal for use on stock under 13/16" thick with a maximum 3/8" depth of cut, these bits feature 2-wing carbide tips and 1/2" shanks.
