Our Return & Exchange Policy

  • Most items are eligible for returns within 90 days of purchase.
  • Items must be returned within 90 days for a replacement or refund.
  • Power tools must be returned within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, all warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
  • Returned items must include all original parts, be in their original packaging, and in the condition in which they were received. Otherwise, a restocking fee may be charged.
  • We reserve the right to deny a return if we determine the item has been abused, neglected, or misused, or we are unable to verify the transaction.

Changed Your Mind?

Online Purchases

  • Use the original packaging to send the item back. Returned items must be in new condition, include all original parts and be in their original packaging
  • Include the packaging slip containing your name and order number.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

In-Store Purchases

  • Bring the item to the store in its original packaging.
  • The package must be unopened to qualify for a full refund.
  • Bring the original receipt, credit card (if used), and photo ID.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same payment tender of the original sale.
  • All returns are subject to our verification process. If the transaction cannot be verified, we cannot return or exchange the item.
  • All sales are final for items sold in the Clearance Cove and are not eligible for return.
  • Items purchased from the Christmas Shop after 12/25 are not eligible for return.

Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?

  • Call us at 1-800-345-2396 or email us here.
  • When emailing, include a photo of the damaged item, along with your order number and damaged item number/description. We will let you know if it is necessary to return the item.

Missing Items from Your Order?

  • Check your packing slip to see if items are arriving in separate shipments. It is possible for boxes to get separated during transit.
  • If they do not arrive within 2-3 business days, call us at 1-800-345-2396 or email us here. Have your order number and item number(s) handy and we'll be happy to help!

Our friendly specialists will be happy to help you with your item or help you troubleshoot to determine if your item is defective. If it is, we will be happy to offer a replacement.

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Engraved and personalized items
  • Clearance items
  • Gift Cards
  • Delivery, installs, labor, or repair
  • Custom tinted paints, stains or finishes
  • Cut bulk items (examples: wire, chain, tubing)
  • Special orders
  • Toilet seats
  • Major appliances
  • Utility trailers
  • Gators, compact utility tractors & commercial zero turns
  • Generators

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping is available only within the 48 contiguous United States.
  • Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout. Most orders under $99 start at $8.95. Final shipping costs are determined by shipping destination, weight, size, and current carrier rates.
  • Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday-Friday are eligible for same-day shipping. This estimate excludes delays caused by weather, payment processing, or carrier/vendor service disruptions.
  • Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days from the ship date.

Festool Orders

  • Shipping is available only within the 48 contiguous United States.
  • Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout. Most orders under $99 start at $8.95. Final shipping costs are determined by shipping destination, weight, size, and current carrier rates.
  • Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday-Friday are eligible for same-day shipping. This estimate excludes delays caused by weather, payment processing, or carrier/vendor service disruptions.
  • Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days from the ship date.

Oversized & Special Orders

  • Orders containing oversized items or 10 or more products may be subject to additional shipping charges. If applicable, we'll contact you prior to shipment.
  • Some items are available for in-store pickup only. The shipping method on the product page will be visible but not selectable.
  • Orders of $1,000 or more will require an adult signature upon delivery, regardless of any waiver on file with the carrier.

Buy Online, Pickup in Store

  • No shipping or processing fees.
  • Pickup in-store is only available at the Hartville location.
  • Orders are typically ready within two hours. Some orders may take longer depending on item availability and order volume.
  • Please wait until you receive an email confirming your order is ready for pickup to visit the store.
  • Items eligible for in-store pickup will have the "Store Pickup" option available on the product page. Items not eligible for in-store pickup may show the option, but it will not be selectable.
