Whiteside Double Roundover Bit 1/2 in. SH x 1/4 in. R is a versatile router bit designed to cut a full thickness profile in a single pass. It features an adjustable cutting length that allows you to create a top and bottom round over on materials of varying thickness simultaneously. The bit comes with shims that can be added or removed to adjust the cutting length, and it includes a 7/8" OD center pilot bearing (RB5) for flush round overs. For deeper beads, you can use the RB20 bearing for a 1/16" deep bead or the RB27 bearing for a 1/8" deep bead, though these bearings are sold separately. The maximum spread between the top and bottom of the fully shimmed cutters is 1-5/8". This carbide-tipped, two-wing bit is built for precision and durability, proudly manufactured by Whiteside Machine Company in Claremont, North Carolina.
