Whiteside A250 Slotting Cutter Arbor w/out Bearing, 1/4 in. SH is designed for use with any of Whiteside's 3-wing carbide tipped slotting cutters. These cutters are ideal for running slots for panels, splines, and t-moldings, as well as cutting tongue and groove joints. This arbor is sold without the standard B5 bearing but includes two spacer washers and a lock nut for secure installation. It features a shaft length of 1-3/16" and an arbor diameter of 5/16". You can achieve different cutting depths by adding bearings of various sizes, which are sold separately. The standard B5 bearing allows for a 1/2" depth of cut, while other options include B20 for 9/16", B25 for 3/8", B26 for 1/4", and B27 for 5/8". Please note that cutters and arbors are sold separately. Manufactured by Whiteside Machine Company in Claremont, North Carolina, this arbor is built with precision and quality in mind.
