Watco Dark Walnut Danish Oil Finish, 1 Quart is a penetrating oil finish designed to enhance and protect wood surfaces without cracking, chipping, or peeling. This finish stains and protects in one easy step, delivering a natural hand-rubbed appearance that resists water and alcohol. Ideal for use on furniture, cabinets, doors, trim, and paneling, it offers professional-quality results that are simple enough for DIY enthusiasts. Application is best done with a soft cloth, though a brush or synthetic steel wool can also be used. The finish covers 55 to 75 square feet per quart and dries to the touch within 2 to 4 hours, with surfaces ready for use in 8 to 10 hours. For added durability, it can be topcoated after 72 hours with Varathane Liquid Plastic or Elite Diamond Finish. Cleanup is easy with paint thinner or mineral spirits.
