UJK Worktop Radius Jig

UJK Worktop Radius Jig is a professional-grade tool CNC machined from 12mm thick solid compact phenolic resin, ensuring accuracy, durability, and stability. Designed as the perfect companion to the UJK Worktop Jig, it offers versatile options for routing various radii, both internal and external, in worktops. This jig also accommodates straight cuts, 45° cuts, and cabinet door hinge recesses, making it an essential tool for cabinet or furniture workshops where precise radius routing is frequently required. Setting up the jig is straightforward—simply place the locating pins in the appropriate holes and align them on the edges of the workpiece. The jig is secured with clamps and requires a 30mm guide bush to fit your router. It features six radii options: 40mm, 60mm, 80mm, 100mm, 150mm, and 250mm, available for both internal and external cuts. Additionally, it includes a slot for straight cuts up to 820mm, cutouts for 26mm and 35mm cabinet hinge recesses, and corners offering 50mm, 100mm, and 150mm radii as well as a 45° option. The jig is supplied with a pack of four aligning pins. To use it, you will also need a 1/2" router, a 12.7mm (1/2") x 50mm router cutter, a 30mm guide bush, and two clamps. Model Number: 105279
