UJK Variable Angle Kitchen Worktop Jig offers exceptional versatility for your kitchen worktop projects. This single jig is designed to handle 45° and 90° left or right-hand joints in worktops with widths ranging from 250mm up to 700mm. It allows you to create peninsular joints, corner radii of 40mm and 100mm, 90° square end cuts, as well as 45° and 22.5° angle cuts. Additionally, it provides options for cutting 35mm cabinet door hinge recesses (for 18mm carcasses), drilling holes for tap fixings (35mm, 3/4" BSP), and includes three slots for 65mm and 150mm joining bolts. An extra hole accommodates worktops with a width of 635mm. Crafted from 12mm thick solid compact phenolic resin, the jig is CNC cut to ensure stability and prevent warping. Its top surface features permanently engraved instructions, diagrams, and pin-hole locations for ease of use. This professional patented kitchen worktop jig also addresses issues with out-of-square joints. When used with the optional Angle Adjustment Plate (sold separately), it can accurately cut left and right-hand joints between 85° and 95°. The plate fits into a dedicated slot, allowing you to adjust the angle of the male joint and achieve perfect joints every time. The jig is supplied with comprehensive instructions and a pack of four aligning pins. To use it, you will need a 1/2" router, a 12.7mm (1/2") x 50mm router cutter, a 30mm guide bush, and two clamps.
