The upgraded Pocket Jig is crafted entirely from metal for enhanced durability and features bushings made from Aluminium Bronze Alloy, known for its exceptional strength and resistance to wear and corrosion, comparable to medium carbon steel. The drill includes interchangeable pilot tips in 12mm, 22mm, and 30mm sizes, allowing for quick swaps and cleaner holes. Its advanced design improves chip clearance and extends tool life, with replaceable drill tips to avoid the need for a full drill replacement. Whether bench-mounted or used on-site with the included portable plate and locking C clamp, this jig accommodates timber thicknesses from 13 to 36mm, with clear metric scales for easy setup. The kit also comes with a 500-piece screw selection in a handy organizer box, covering five common sizes, along with five TX20 bits, enabling you to start building immediately without the need for pre-drilling or clamping while glue dries.
