UJK Compact Lock Jig

UJK Compact Lock Jig is designed to help you achieve perfectly square lock mortices quickly and reliably, offering both accuracy and durability in one tool. Constructed from 12mm high-pressure laminate, this jig remains dimensionally stable and is guaranteed never to warp. It is fully adjustable for lock faceplates up to 175 mm, and includes four interchangeable templates that cover the most common sash, mortice, and deadlock sizes. The keyhole slots allow for fast template changes, while the simple centre-line setup ensures square mortices for precise door fitting. Suitable for doors up to 58 mm (2.1/4") thick, it works seamlessly with a 1/2" router equipped with a 12.7 mm (1/2") straight cutter, 16mm guide bush, and standard clamps, delivering easy and professional results every time.
