Engineered for absolute accuracy and total control, it lets you mark, set, and rout circles from 40mm up to 1,251mm in precise 1mm increments. Compatible with ¼” or ½” routers, every component of the jig has been carefully crafted to eliminate guesswork. The precision drill guide ensures perfectly straight pilot holes, essential for true circles, while the calibrated spiral scale and 3mm pivot holes with inserted pins keep the jig firmly in place, allowing smooth pivoting of the router. When used with a 16mm guide bush and a 6mm spiral carbide cutter featuring upcut shear action, it delivers clean, controlled cuts whether you are cutting through or creating precise recesses. For larger diameters, the included extension arm maintains accuracy and ease of use, with an additional pivot pin for smooth movement around your workpiece. This versatile jig works on softwood, hardwood, MDF, plywood, chipboard, and plastic sheet, providing consistent accuracy across various materials.
