UJK 20mm Hold Down Ratchet Clamp is designed to fit perfectly into any 20mm bench dog hole, making it an ideal accessory for the UJK Multifunction workbench, Festool MFT/3 Multifunction table, or any UJK Parf Guide system cutting table. It accommodates a maximum bench top thickness of 30mm, combining rapid action with controllable high clamping power through its Forged Quick Lever Clamp. With a throat depth of 60mm and a maximum working height of 90mm, this clamp features a spigot mount, locking knob, and square support plates made from precision CNC-machined S303 stainless steel, ensuring accuracy and resistance to rust. The ratchet mechanism delivers exceptionally high clamping force while the support plates distribute the load evenly to prevent deformation of the dog hole, preserving the exact sizing crucial for maintaining accuracy in bench dogs and Festool MFT/3 holes. The top 4mm of the spigot is 25mm in diameter, matching the 25mm portion of bench dogs, allowing the clamp’s spigot to serve as a reference point for positioning and clamping workpieces simultaneously.
