This lockset meets the rigorous ANSI A156.2 Series 4000, Grade 2 standard, ensuring reliable performance through 400,000 cycles. It is UL listed for use on 3-hour fire doors, providing added safety. The lock features a 6 or 7 pin SCC keyway and comes with two nickel keys per lock for secure exterior access. It fits doors ranging from 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" thick and includes a standard 2-3/4" backset and a T strike measuring 1-1/8" by 2-3/4". The cylindrical latch mechanism is coated with zinc dichromate for corrosion resistance and operates by rotating the inside knob or using a key in the outside knob, which remains fixed.
