Push-to-Connect Conversion Brass Elbow offers a reliable and efficient solution for pipe connections, featuring SharkBite Max push-to-connect fittings that require half the insertion effort while withstanding double the burst pressure. This elbow is designed with a newly engineered stainless-steel retainer that enhances strength and durability, supporting a pressure rating of 250 psi. The fitting includes color-coordinated collars to easily identify compatibility: the gray collar end fits polybutylene pipe, while the tan collar end works with PEX, copper, CPVC, PE-RT, and HDPE pipes. Its innovative push-to-connect technology allows for quick and easy installation, even in tight spaces. Certified to operate at 200°F and 250 psi, this fitting meets U.S. and Canadian plumbing codes and carries a 25-year warranty when installed on PEX, copper, CPVC, and PE-RT, as well as a five-year warranty for HDPE SDR-9 installations.
