Oneway Big Bite Chuck Spur is an economical and highly effective tool designed to enhance the holding power of any Oneway scroll type chuck. Featuring a flat plate in the center of the chuck jaws, this spur allows woodturners to easily mount and turn burls and highly figured woods, maximizing their beauty and potential. Its unique two-prong design outperforms traditional four-prong spurs by making it simpler to tilt the piece and drive it securely into the grain. Measuring 3-3/4 inches across, the Big Bite Chuck Spur can drive pieces up to 24 inches in diameter while staying safely within the body diameter of even Oneway’s smallest chuck. It includes a 1-inch locating plug to ensure it centers securely in the chuck and is held firmly by the jaws gripping it crosswise.
