Its remarkable accuracy is perfect for carving basic shapes or restoring damaged areas on antiques and other irreplaceable items. Please note that the probe requires Vectric VCarve or similar software, as well as an LCD Pendant to operate. Exercise caution when using the probe on softer materials like clay, basswood, or plaster, as the tip may leave marks; testing a small area first is recommended.
